I defined our onboarding steps for our users to seamlessly sign up and start using our product with as little friction as possible. I also defined the touchpoints where the user would encounter our specific messaging.

When I joined AtoB the Careers page was a Notion doc with links to job descriptions and not much else, so I worked with the recruitment team to make the page more fun and engaging for potential talent. At Fountain I developed the tagline 'Connect to an expert in under 5 minutes' to use across digital and print ad buys, and on various social channels. Our tagline was meant to connect directly to our brand promise and install confidence in the product solving your unique problem.
